Fat: this is negotiable bc some foods naturally have a lot of fat ie nuts, avocados Saturated Fat:try to keep below 1g Sodium: this is sneaky...ur total amount should be below Sugar: keep this low ..a Fiber: need this to regulate your wastes(poop!) Protein: need this to grow and connect all your wiring so you "run" right!
