How to Read a Label:

Serving Size: Pay attention to the amount in a bag, box etc!
Fat: this is negotiable bc some foods naturally have a lot of fat ie nuts, avocados
Saturated Fat:try to keep below 1g
Sodium: this is sneaky...ur total amount should be below 
Sugar: keep this low ..a 
Fiber: need this to regulate your wastes(poop!) 
Protein: need this to grow and connect all your wiring so you "run" right!

A Healthy Day:
Fruit, Veggie all in 9 a day!
Carbohydrates (Carbs)= Energy
Fat (Good Fat) = Brain Power
Good Food = Good Mood
