I establish mutual trust and respect with her by creating a safe and supportive environment.
We discuss what she wants out of the session and develop a plan of action.
We manage her progress together by holding her accountable.
She will learn what works for her and possibly more important what doesn’t. The old adage “I’ll have what she’s having may not work!”
Likely, she can’t have what she’s having (her friend). :)
She will learn life long skills in health by learning primary food concepts and applying them to her wellness routine.
